Ashneer Grover is the Founder of Third Unicorn Private Limited, a Delhi-based multi-product tech startup building lean, capital-efficient ventures in fintech and beyond.

Grover earned a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA in Finance from IIM Ahmedabad, before working at Kotak Investment Banking, American Express, Grofers (as CFO), and PC Jeweller.

A celebrated judge on Shark Tank India Season 1, Grover is widely credited with making UPI QR payments ubiquitous in India through his work at BharatPe.

Grover co-founded BharatPe in 2018, scaling it to a $2.85 billion valuation backed by Tiger Global and Ribbit Capital, before launching Third Unicorn in 2022 with co-founders Madhuri Jain Grover and Aseem Ghavri.

Third Unicorn has raised $4.81M in seed funding from 44 investors and operates ZeroPe, a healthcare loan fintech platform with over 1 lakh organic downloads and 1,000 hospital and healthcare partners.
