Augusta Klingsten Peytz is Co-Founder and CEO of Aisel Health, building an AI-powered Clinical Operating System purpose-built for psychiatry to reduce administrative burden and give clinicians more time with patients.
Augusta graduated from Copenhagen Business School and INSEAD, then launched her career at Boston Consulting Group before pivoting to mental health as a venture scout at impact fund Masawa.
Driven by a personal experience waiting six months for psychiatric care, Augusta transitioned from funding mental health solutions to building them, co-founding Aisel with Christian Houen in 2024.
Prior to Aisel, Augusta founded Female Leadership Academy, Denmark's largest community for future female leaders, and the Global Empowerment Fund, an INSEAD-based NGO supporting women's rights in war-impacted countries.
Aisel Health has raised a EUR 1.7 million pre-seed round led by Caesar Ventures, with clinics on the platform reporting up to a 36% increase in capacity and over EUR 100,000 in added revenue per psychiatrist annually.
