
Bailey Pumfleet is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Cal.com, the world's first open-source scheduling infrastructure platform built to connect a billion people by 2031.
Bailey grew up in a small town outside of London and began building software as a teenager, coding the MVP of Cal.com in just 3 weeks at age 17 after being hired as a contractor to solve a scheduling problem.
Bailey is a passionate advocate for open-source software and the Open Startup philosophy, publicly sharing Cal.com's KPIs, salaries, and company metrics in the spirit of radical transparency.
Prior to co-founding Cal.com, Bailey served as a Founder Fellow at On Deck and as a Service Desk Engineer at AssureStor Limited, gaining early exposure to the startup ecosystem.
Cal.com has raised $32.4M across a $7.4M Seed and $25M Series A led by Seven Seven Six, grown to 20,000+ customers, and reached $5.1M in annual revenue by 2024.
