Ben Hooten is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fathom AI Technologies, an Austin-based vertical AI platform purpose-built for B2B field sales teams in the medical aesthetics industry.

Ben built his career as an award-winning field sales rep with a background rooted in enterprise sales, not software, giving him a frontline perspective on the broken tools reps were forced to use every day.

Ben believes that if the right tools do not exist, you build them - a philosophy that led him to use his own platform to close $440,000 in sales in a single day in El Paso, Texas.

Alongside co-founders Brown and Dan Crump, Ben launched Fathom AI in early 2026 with just $300 in startup capital, zero outside funding, and a team of 3 humans plus 12 AI agents handling real operational roles.

Within 12 weeks of launch Fathom reached $300K in ARR with 90%+ gross margins, and is projecting $5M in ARR across 15 to 18 enterprise customers by end of 2026.
