Benedikt Brand is the Co-Founder and CEO of Flip, an AI-native employee experience platform built to connect the world's 2.7 billion deskless frontline workers to communication, HR services, and workflows via a single mobile app.

Benedikt worked as a project manager at Porsche AG, where he observed a critical communication gap between headquarters and factory floor teams, which inspired him to build Flip in 2018.

Driven by the mission of connecting the disconnected, Benedikt champions the belief that AI should reach every employee, not just those at a desk, and has become a leading voice in the future of frontline work.

Under his leadership, Flip has raised over $85 million in total funding from investors including HV Capital, Notion Capital, and LEA Partners, and made a key acquisition of The Bot Platform in 2024 to accelerate its AI capabilities.

Flip now serves over 1,000 brands across 100 countries, with more than two million users on the platform and marquee customers including Bosch, McDonald's, REWE, and Ben & Jerry's.
