Benita Tibb is Co-Founder and COO at AI Score, a London-based AI governance platform helping enterprises safely manage, monitor, and secure their use of generative and agentic AI.

Benita studied at Oxford University and built her career as a City lawyer at global law firm White and Case LLP, developing deep expertise in corporate law and technology regulation before transitioning into the startup world via GALLOS Technologies.

Benita brings a rare combination of legal rigour and entrepreneurial drive to AI Score, applying her regulatory expertise to one of the most pressing challenges in enterprise technology: responsible AI governance.

Prior to AI Score, Benita held roles at GALLOS Technologies, Nook, and The Clicc, building cross-sector experience across security, defence, and consumer tech ventures.

AI Score has raised a total of $6.4M across a $1M pre-seed round in November 2025 and a $5.4M seed round led by Fuel Ventures in 2026, with revenue growing rapidly and clients spanning leading law firms and major global consumer brands.
