Benoit Berthoux is Co-Founder and CRO of Mindy, an email-first AI chief-of-staff designed to make generative AI accessible for consumer and business productivity without requiring prompt engineering expertise.

A native of France and EDHEC Business School graduate, Benoit built over 20 years of experience in professional services, serving as Managing Director at Accenture where he led the Life Sciences West business and 10x-ed the practice in under five years, and previously as VP at Capgemini Consulting overseeing the Life Sciences North America practice.

Benoit co-founded Mindy in 2023 alongside PayPal and YouTube founding engineers Yu Pan and Cuong Do, bringing deep consulting, SaaS, and organizational transformation expertise to the AI productivity space.

Prior to Mindy, Benoit founded OWN and served as a Board Member at Velox, a MedTech innovation firm, demonstrating a consistent track record of building and scaling ventures across technology and life sciences.

Mindy secured $6M in Seed funding from Sequoia Capital and Founders Fund in February 2024, attracting a diverse user base ranging from financial analysts to defense contractors, and positioning itself as a leading email-native AI assistant.
