Bhairav Mehta is the Co-Founder and CEO of CharacterQuilt, a Y Combinator-backed AI infrastructure platform that enables marketing teams to build, design, and deploy full campaigns in under an hour.

Bhairav earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and began a PhD in Computer Science at MIT, which he left to pursue entrepreneurship after conducting deep learning and robotics research at NVIDIA Research, NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and the Montreal Institute for Learning Algorithms (Mila).

A two-time Y Combinator founder, Bhairav brings a rare blend of elite AI research credentials and hands-on startup execution, having previously co-founded Buzzle (YC S21), a voice-of-customer analytics platform.

At CharacterQuilt, Bhairav leads product and engineering, building AI agents that operate inside existing marketing tools like HubSpot, WordPress, and LinkedIn to automate campaign deployment end to end.

CharacterQuilt has grown to 14 employees since its 2024 founding, counts clients like 1upHealth, ABC Fitness, and Emplifi, and has backing from investors including Analog Ventures, Moment Ventures, and NOMO Ventures.
