Bhavya Madan is Co-Founder and CTO at Sychedelic, a Gurugram and New York-based neurotech startup pioneering AI-powered smart headphones that actively improve mental wellness through neurostimulation and biometric sensing.

Bhavya holds a Master's degree in Mobile and Embedded Systems from Universitat Passau (2018-2021) and previously worked at Synopsys Inc. and Logic-Fruit Technologies, building deep expertise in hardware design and embedded systems.

Together with co-founder Ria Rustagi, Bhavya was part of the team behind Neuphony, India's first consumer neurofeedback wearable, recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30, Shark Tank India, Google for Startups, and UN Women.

At Sychedelic, Bhavya leads product and technology, specializing in neurostimulation systems and hardware design, and has helped secure CDSCO medical device approval in India and filed global patent applications for the company's closed-loop neuromodulation technology.

Sychedelic raised $3.5M in seed funding from TurboStart, Ideabaaz, and Praveek Ventures, has completed pilot trials with over 600 users reporting 92% improvement in sleep or focus, and is reporting approximately 30% month-on-month sales growth.
