Bobby Hill is Co-Founder and CEO of SuperTruth, a Philadelphia-based healthcare data verification company building the proof layer for AI in medicine through consent-driven, people-first data integrity. He is a visionary leader driving innovation at the intersection of data, AI, and healthcare, partnering with health systems, payers, and life sciences organizations.
Bobby Hill studied at the University of Virginia and built experience across roles at Motive, Securitas Insurance Partners, SafetyOne, and Connect Thru Cancer, where he and his wife Casey also served on the board for six years. His entrepreneurial vision was shaped by exploring whether a one-for-one giving model could be adapted to enterprise software.
Hill is a vocal thought leader on responsible AI, warning that the real risk of AI is not job replacement but creating an economy so efficient it no longer needs human participation. His leadership philosophy centers on ethics-first, consent-driven innovation embedded from day one rather than bolted on later.
Under Hill's leadership, SuperTruth acquired imaware in December 2024, expanding its portfolio into at-home health screening and diagnostic data. The company has attracted industry advisors and executives from Apple, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Microsoft, Wharton, and MIT.
SuperTruth launched Sean's Friends, a donor-advised fund through Fidelity Charitable, committing all future pediatric data revenue to support children's hospitals and rare disease families, with its first grant directed to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The company has grown to approximately 18 employees and ranks 2nd among 103 active competitors in the health data management space.
