Brett Crosby is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at AdZen since December 2023, an AI monetization engine that rethinks advertising from the ground up with native keyword links that integrate directly into AI outputs or publisher content.
Brett co-founded Urchin Software Corporation, which was acquired by Google in 2005 and became Google Analytics. He worked as Google's director of product marketing for nearly a decade, launching products including Chrome, Gmail, Docs and Drive.
Brett holds degrees in international relations and political science from USC Dornsife. He previously co-founded PeerStreet, a platform for investing in real estate backed loans that raised $30 million in Series B funding.
AdZen.ai emerged from stealth in April 2025, based in Sacramento and led by a team of industry veterans. Publisher pages using AdZen are seeing conversion rates of over 4%, well above typical display ad benchmarks.
With digital marketing spend projected to hit $800 billion in 2025, AdZen is restoring harmony to the ecosystem by uniting AI innovators, advertisers, and publishers. Early Urchin investors made returns on the order of 100x from the Google acquisition.
