Brian Blond is Co-Founder of Monaco, an AI-native revenue platform built to help startups automate and scale their entire sales motion from prospecting to revenue conversion.

Brian earned a BA from the University of Missouri and built a career as a sales professional before transitioning to venture capital, serving as Managing Director at Sutter Hill Ventures and later as Investment Partner at Human Capital.

Brian co-founded Monaco alongside his brother Sam Blond, combining deep sales operator experience with institutional VC pattern recognition to build a platform that embeds go-to-market best practices directly into the product.

Prior to Monaco, Brian was a board member at Datawizz.ai and a partner at Human Capital, where the company was incubated before launching out of stealth in February 2026 with $35M in funding led by Founders Fund.

Monaco has grown from zero revenue at launch to seven-figure monthly ARR additions by April 2026, and has now raised over $85M in total funding including a $50M Series B led by Benchmark, serving hundreds of startup customers.
