Bryce Neil is Co-Founder and CEO at Visibl Semiconductors (YC W26), an AI platform automating chip design for the semiconductor industry. He is a computer engineer with experience across engineering, data, and business.
Bryce is a recipient of two of Canada's most competitive academic scholarships, including the Chancellor's Scholarship awarded to only 50 students across Canada annually. He previously built production software and data systems for Deloitte's OmniaAI team, working on AI solutions for healthcare and the public sector.
His work has run in leading U.S. hospitals and supported teams globally. Bryce co-founded Visibl with Jordon Kashanchi, who brings semiconductor experience from Microsoft, Arm, and Intel.
Visibl Semiconductors was accepted into Y Combinator's Winter 2026 batch and is building an on-premises AI platform that turns compute into chip design capacity. The company is based in San Francisco and focuses on automating semiconductor development to accelerate tapeout cycles.
Visibl's AI-native IDE ingests full design context to decode tool feedback into actionable steps, resulting in safer changes, shorter iteration cycles, and fewer late surprises on the path to tapeout. The platform addresses the bottleneck in chip design where adding engineers yields diminishing returns as coordination costs rise.
