Charles Orr is Co-Founder and COO at Fuse Energy, a vertically integrated clean energy company headquartered in London that is rebuilding the energy system from generation to retail supply.

Charles was an early hire and operator at Revolut, where he and co-founder Alan Chang saw firsthand how technology and customer obsession could disrupt legacy industries, inspiring them to apply the same approach to energy.

Charles has been vocal about the urgency of fixing broken energy infrastructure, stating that affordable energy is fundamental to a decent standard of living and a productive economy.

After leaving Revolut in 2022, Charles co-founded Fuse (formerly Tesseract), which raised a $78M seed round from Balderton Capital, Lakestar, Lowercarbon Capital, Accel, and Nico Rosberg, and has since raised over $170M in total funding.

Under Charles's leadership as COO, Fuse has scaled to over 200,000 UK households, surpassed $400M ARR with 8x year-on-year growth, and achieved a valuation of approximately $5 billion in under three years.
