
Charles Vaillant is a visionary global technology executive serving as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Digital Officer at MANN+HUMMEL Group, a global leader in filtration solutions, where he champions strategic investments in transformative agtech companies like AGEYE Technologies.
Charles joined MANN+HUMMEL in 1997 and earned an Automotive Engineering degree from LTR Eiffel (France), a Masters in Industrial Marketing from ESIDEC (France), and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
In 2015, Charles founded i-2-m LLC in Raleigh, North Carolina, a startup accelerator focused on commercializing new technologies in clean air, clean water, energy, and life sciences, and later established an IoT Lab in Singapore to accelerate MANN+HUMMEL's digitalization.
As CTO and CDO since 2020, Charles oversees innovation, new technology research, corporate strategy, and corporate ventures, having previously served as EVP Technology and Global VP of Technology at MANN+HUMMEL, with roles spanning program management, product engineering, and corporate development.
