Charlotta Topelius is Co-Founder and CEO of CurifyLabs, a Finnish healthtech company revolutionizing pharmacy compounding through automation, 3D printing, and AI-driven personalized medicine manufacturing.

A serial entrepreneur with a master's degree in Economics, Charlotta built her career in corporate leadership at major Nordic firms and previously co-founded and successfully exited BrandBuddy Group, a fast-growing recruitment and staffing company.

Charlotta brings over 15 years of experience across pharmaceutical, technology, and services sectors, and also serves as a Board Member at Witted Megacorp PLC, a publicly listed software development company.

She co-founded CurifyLabs in 2021 alongside Niklas Sandler Topelius, a professor of pharmaceutical technology, combining his decade of academic research with her commercial and entrepreneurial expertise to bring automated compounding to market.

CurifyLabs has raised $14M in Series A funding and serves compounding pharmacies across 21 U.S. states, with its PharmaPrinter Aurum compounding up to nine times faster than manual processes and its technology ISO 13485 certified and FDA 503A/503B compliant.
