Christian Blicher Møller is Co-Founder and COO at Velatir, a Danish AI governance platform helping European enterprises safely adopt and scale AI through visibility, compliance, and human oversight.

Christian studied at Syddansk Universitet and built deep expertise in financial regulation and compliance, previously serving as Group Head of Third-Party Risk Management and Outsourcing at Nexi Group, where he led AI Act and DORA compliance across one of Europe's largest financial groups.

A serial entrepreneur and published fintech regulatory expert, Christian contributed to Global Legal Insights and Legal500 on the Danish fintech regulatory framework, and previously co-founded ComplianceLog, a legaltech tool built to help companies navigate GDPR compliance.

At Velatir, Christian oversees operations and go-to-market strategy, helping drive the company from pre-seed through a EUR 5M seed round backed by Spintop Ventures, Ugly Duckling Ventures, Norrsken Evolve, and notable angels including the founder of n8n and the former CEO of Universal Robots.

Velatir's platform deploys in approximately 20 minutes, mapping AI tool usage across employees and devices while supporting compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, and ISO 27001 for organizations across Denmark and Europe.
