Cindy Chen (Shinyi Cindy Chen, Ph.D.) is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Taudia, a San Carlos, CA-based biotechnology company developing ultrasensitive blood-based biomarker diagnostics for neurodegenerative diseases.

A seasoned biochemist with a Ph.D. from UC Davis, Cindy built deep R&D expertise across roles at CellASIC Corporation, EMD Millipore (Millipore Sigma), and Veranome Biosystems, spanning over a decade of assay development and application science.

Cindy holds a Biochemistry Ph.D. and is a certified project management professional (PMP), combining rigorous scientific knowledge with operational discipline to bridge the gap between discovery and clinical application.

At Taudia, Cindy leads operational strategy and cross-departmental execution, spearheading the launch of the NeuXplore platform, a cost-effective, automated sample-to-answer system for detecting blood-based biomarkers in under four hours.

Taudia has attracted investment from Endurance28, IT-Farm, and NTU Ventures, and debuted its NeuXplore platform at AAIC 2025, positioning the company as an innovator in accessible Alzheimer's and neurodegenerative disease diagnostics.
