
Cindy is an investor in Monarch Collective, the world's largest women's sports investment fund with $250 million in capital. She currently serves as Chair of Direct to Consumer for Paramount, overseeing Paramount+ and Pluto TV.
Cindy spent 18 years at Netflix, including 9 years as Vice President of Original Content where she launched culture-defining shows like Stranger Things, The Crown, and Orange is the New Black. She is a Stanford University graduate and was named to the 2018 Time 100 list of most influential people.
Under her leadership at Netflix, the company earned 118 Emmy nominations in 2019 and secured landmark deals with Shonda Rhimes, Ryan Murphy, and Kenya Barris. She previously served as CEO of global studio SISTER before joining Paramount.
At Monarch Collective, Cindy is part of an all-female investor base alongside Melinda French Gates and other prominent leaders supporting women's sports. The fund has invested in NWSL teams including Angel City FC, San Diego Wave, and Boston Legacy FC.
Monarch expanded from $150 million to $250 million in 2025, becoming the largest dedicated women's sports fund globally. The fund focuses on investing in established leagues like NWSL, WNBA, and Women's Super League to accelerate equity in global sport.
