Cyril Mathew is Co-Founder and CEO of Latitude, a global payments infrastructure company using stablecoin rails to enable instant, affordable cross-border money movement into local currencies.

Cyril spent over a decade at the intersection of payments and stablecoins, leading international driver and payment partnerships at Uber, USDC growth at Coinbase, and the launch of stablecoin payouts across 100+ countries at Stripe.

Cyril recognized that stablecoins alone were not enough and that true global adoption required seamless conversion into local currencies, directly into bank accounts and mobile wallets, without burdening end users with crypto complexity.

In late 2024, Cyril pitched the vision for Latitude to co-founders Brian Wrightson and Vivek Morzaria, and by January 2025 the team began raising their seed round, backed by NEA, Coinbase Ventures, Lightspeed Faction, and Paxos.

Latitude has raised a total of $43M across a Seed and Series A round, operates across 45 US markets, and serves neobanks, payroll platforms, marketplaces, and financial firms moving money across borders globally.
