A U.S. Marine veteran, Dan brings 25+ years of enterprise technology sales experience spanning Compaq, HP, Sprint, GE, IBM, and medical device manufacturers, having witnessed every major tech cycle from the early internet era to AI.

Dan is the senior commercial strategist of the trio, owning every pricing conversation, customer negotiation, and go-to-market decision that scales Fathom's national sales motion.

At Fathom AI Technologies, Dan co-founded the company alongside CEO Ben Hooten and President Sam Brown, building a fully bootstrapped, cash-flow-positive business with zero outside funding and just $300 in starting capital.

Within 12 weeks of launch in early 2026, Fathom AI reached $300K ARR with gross margins above 90%, and projects $5M ARR by year-end across 15 to 18 enterprise customers.
