Dan Pratt is Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Broadlume (now part of Cyncly), the largest all-in-one marketing and management platform for the flooring industry serving over 4,000 retailers and 20 million consumers. Broadlume raised over $90M in funding and was acquired by Cyncly in December 2024.
Dan worked at Google on the AdWords team helping advertisers scale their campaigns. Before Google, he led marketing and sales at Smarterer, a skills assessment startup acquired by Pluralsight.
Dan co-founded AdHawk (later Broadlume) in 2015 with fellow ex-Googler Todd Saunders, pivoting from a general adtech company into a vertical SaaS platform focused exclusively on flooring. He also founded Automate Ads, an automated ad campaign management company that was acquired by AdHawk.
Under Dan's leadership, Broadlume acquired six companies including FloorForce, Retail Lead Management, RollMaster, and Freetail, consolidating the fragmented flooring software market. The company secured a $60M Series C led by PSG in 2022 and raised over $90M total.
Broadlume transformed the $90 billion flooring industry by providing technology to over 4,000 retail stores and partnering with 300+ manufacturers. Dan spent 10 years building Broadlume, visiting Dalton, Georgia (the flooring capital) over 50 times to understand and serve the industry.
