Daniel Csonth is Co-Founder and CEO of Veridue, a London-based AI-native platform automating due diligence and M&A workflows for renewable energy and data centre transactions.
Daniel studied AI and energy at Yale University and spent nearly a decade at McKinsey as an Engagement Manager, advising on energy mergers totalling over $10 billion across three continents.
Daniel also served as an Investment Associate at Inclusive Prosperity Capital and was a sprint facilitator and blockchain researcher at Yale OpenLab, reflecting his deep roots in energy transition and emerging technology.
Driven by firsthand frustration with slow, manual deal processes, Daniel co-founded Veridue in 2024 alongside Xander van den Eelaart, a former agentic AI lead at global reinsurer SCOR, to build the platform he wished had existed during his advisory career.
Veridue secured $4M in pre-seed funding led by Episode 1 Ventures, with backing from HTGF, Pi Labs, and high-profile industry angels, and has been recognised as one of the largest pre-seed rounds for European energy software.
