Daniel Park is the Founder and CEO of InTouchNow.ai, a self-serve Voice AI platform enabling UK GP practices to build and deploy AI voice agents that handle patient calls around the clock.

Daniel grew up in a family business with over 30 years of history in outsourced call centre services, personally running NHS GP practice reception operations since 2019 and gaining deep first-hand knowledge of primary care communication challenges.

Rather than starting with technology and searching for a problem, Daniel identified the operational pain of the 8am GP phone rush first and built the solution he wished existed, giving InTouchNow.ai an authentic, problem-led foundation.

InTouchNow.ai secured a £2.3 million seed round led by Ada Ventures, with participation from Exceptional Ventures and Kadmos Capital, marking the first venture capital investment into a primary care AI voice agent operating in the NHS.

The platform is live in over 150 GP practices across the UK, handles thousands of patient calls daily in more than 100 languages, and has been shortlisted for the HSJ Independent Healthcare Provider of the Year Award 2026.
