Dato' Fadzli Shah is Co-Founder of Zetrix AI Berhad, a Layer-1 blockchain and AI platform powering digital infrastructure across ASEAN. He brings over 18 years of experience in technology, venture capital, and national development.

Dato' Fadzli holds an MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship from London Business School and University College London, and a BSc in Statistics, Operational Research, Computing and Economics from University College London and Harvard University. He previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and CEO of MX Global, a digital asset exchange.

As General Partner at Team Venture Capital, he managed a US$50 million Series B fund focused on Southeast Asia's agriculture, fintech, and energy sectors. He founded NEST Consulting, seeding 16 ventures across 4 countries, and served as President of the Technopreneurs Association of Malaysia.

Zetrix AI secured a US$40 million equity investment from the World Bank's International Finance Corporation in February 2026 to expand digital public infrastructure services across ASEAN. The company partnered with Miss Universe Organization to launch a global blockchain voting app and works with China's customs authority on cross-border trade facilitation.

Zetrix's blockchain platform serves as a component of Malaysia's Blockchain Infrastructure and enables cross-border integration with China for over 120 trading countries. The company rebranded from MY E.G. Services Berhad in June 2025, reflecting its evolution from e-government services pioneer since 2000 to a blockchain and AI innovation leader.
