David Sinsky is Co-Founder and Head of Product at NavigateAI, a San Francisco-based AI copilot platform built to upskill and empower field workers across the construction and trades economy.

David holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University and brings over 15 years of experience spanning finance, technology, and product, with prior roles at Opendoor (Director of Product), Foursquare, YipitData, Unit, and Lazard Freres.

At Opendoor, David led product across pricing, risk, mortgage lending, and new product development, giving him deep expertise in the intersection of real estate technology and data-driven operations.

At NavigateAI, David co-founded the company alongside Opendoor CEO Eric Wu, helping shape the product vision for an AI-native system designed to coach, scope, and quality-control field work in real time.

NavigateAI launched in May 2026 with $25M in seed funding led by Elad Gil, with backers including Khosla Ventures, Lennar, and Tishman Speyer, targeting the $2.2T US construction market.
