Dennis dropped out of UC Berkeley at 20 and has been building software alongside co-founder Sean Dorje since they were 14 years old, demonstrating an exceptional entrepreneurial drive from a young age.

Before Naïve, Dennis co-founded and sold ezML, a computer vision startup, as a teenager, and later co-founded Relixir, a generative engine optimization platform, before pivoting to tackle the deeper infrastructure challenge facing autonomous AI companies.

As CTO, Dennis architects Naïve's unified API and serverless operating stack, giving AI agents the legal, financial, and technical capabilities needed to incorporate, transact, and operate real-world businesses without human intervention.

Naïve has attracted 30,000+ developers and is deployed across 500+ companies including Airwallex and HackerRank, raising $28.5M in Series A funding led by Nexus Venture Partners and bringing total capital raised to approximately $32M.
