Dishant Daryani is the Co-Founder of Comet, a Bengaluru-based D2C lifestyle sneaker brand redefining India's footwear culture with retro-inspired, fashion-forward designs for young Indians.

Dishant holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and built his career across Bain and Company, Urban Company, and Accel.

A lifelong sneaker enthusiast, Dishant brings a rare blend of management consulting rigor, venture capital exposure, and deep consumer insight to building Comet as India's most beloved sneaker brand.

Prior to Comet, Dishant served as an Associate Consultant at Bain and Company, rose through senior roles at Urban Company, and interned at Accel focusing on Southeast Asia Consumer Tech, Lending Tech, and Crypto.

Comet has raised over $15M across Series A and Series B rounds from Elevation Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, and Verlinvest, with revenue growing ninefold since its Series A and plans to scale to 20 retail stores by end of FY27.
