Alan Wernefeldt Mando is Co-Founder at Elyra, a Y Combinator-backed AI reservation system transforming how restaurants manage bookings and guest relationships.

Alan studied Business and Economics at WU Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and co-founded Elyra alongside Felix Odeberg Glasenapp, an Engineering Physics student at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden.

Alan brings a business and commercial lens to Elyra, complementing his technical co-founder to build a full-stack AI product for the hospitality industry.

Elyra was accepted into Y Combinator's Spring 2026 batch and previously participated in the KTH Innovation Launch program, a competitive accelerator for promising KTH-affiliated startups.

Elyra's AI platform handles voice bookings, email automation, guest intelligence, and table management end-to-end, enabling restaurants to personalize every guest interaction at scale.
