Alexa Halcomb is Co-Founder and CTO at PactFi, a New York-based B2B fintech platform building secure, end-to-end operational infrastructure for the private credit market.

Alexa studied at Valparaiso University and built her engineering career at Pica9 before rising to Senior Director of Engineering at Reorg Research, a distressed debt data and analysis company.

Alexa brings deep expertise in structuring unstructured financial data from covenants, SEC filings, and legal documents, a skill set that directly shaped PactFi's data quality frameworks and standards.

As CTO, Alexa leads all technology development for PactFi's platform, which achieved SOC 2 Type II attestation and supports eight of the top 20 credit asset managers representing over $3.4 trillion in combined AUM.

Since launching in 2023, PactFi has processed more than $300 billion in deal volume across 250-plus counterparties and 3,000-plus fund entities, and recently closed a $25M Series A led by 7RIDGE Ecosystem Impact Fund.
