Alexandre Winter is the CEO and Co-Founder of Norbert Health, an AI-driven care automation company deploying autonomous robots with contactless, medical-grade monitoring in post-acute and elder care facilities.

Alexandre earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Artificial Vision from Telecom Paris and a PhD in computer vision, later beginning his career as a software engineer at EADS (Aerospatiale) and a researcher at INRIA.

A serial entrepreneur with over two decades of experience, Alexandre co-founded LTU Technologies in 2000 and founded Placemeter in 2012, which was acquired by Arlo Technologies, where he subsequently served as Director of Computer Vision.

Alexandre also serves as a Venture Partner at Scrum Ventures and a Venture/Operations Partner at Serena, and has mentored startups through Techstars and Zeroth.ai, reflecting his broad influence across the startup ecosystem.

Norbert Health has raised seed funding backed by investors including C4 Ventures, Serena, LDV Capital, and Kima Ventures, and has forged a strategic partnership with Lumina Care to deploy its AI Sensing Hub across elder care facilities nationwide.
