Anand Kapadia is Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Credilio Financial Technologies, a Mumbai-based fintech platform simplifying access to credit cards and personal loans across India.

Anand brings over a decade of deep financial services expertise, having served as National Sales Head at HSBC Bank and as a regional head at both Barclays Bank and ICICI Bank.

Prior to Credilio, Anand co-founded TranServ, a fintech payments company, where he built the agent distribution channel from the ground up as Director of Sales and Distribution.

Anand also served as Head of Offline Sales and Alliances at Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited, honing expertise in building large-scale distribution networks and strategic partnerships across the financial sector.

Under Anand's leadership as CBO, Credilio has grown to 100+ employees, raised $12.9M across 5 funding rounds, and is now an authorized distributor for 25+ banks and NBFCs, driving financial inclusion for new-to-credit users across India.
