Dr. Anastasia Betts is Co-Founder and Chief Learning Scientist at Learnology Labs, a collaborative nonprofit EdTech think tank dedicated to advancing research on learning outcomes, equity, and AI-powered education across the human lifespan.

Dr. Betts earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum, Instruction, and the Science of Learning from the University at Buffalo, SUNY, and brings over 30 years of experience spanning PreK-16 education, academia, EdTech, and curriculum design.

Dr. Betts is named on three U.S. patents for personalized adaptive learning systems and has been recognized as a Harvard Women in Educational Leadership Fellow and AERA Karen King Future Leader Award nominee.

Previously serving as Senior Vice President of Curriculum Design at Age of Learning Inc., she led research, design, and production of digital learning products for children ages 2-13, including My Math Academy and My Reading Academy.

Dr. Betts is a prolific author and editor of the Handbook of Research for Innovative Approaches to Early Childhood Education, and her research on AI-driven personalized learning has influenced EdTech policy and practice at a national level.
