Andrea Zorzetto is Co-Founder and CEO of Cato AI, Italy's first AI-native platform automating the full public procurement cycle for companies selling to the Italian public administration.

Andrea studied public policy at the Hertie School and lived across London, Paris, Berlin, Washington, and Hong Kong, working inside ministries in the UK and France before entering the startup world.

At just 24, Andrea brought Plug and Play, one of the world's most active startup accelerators, to Italy as Managing Partner, shaping the country's early-stage innovation ecosystem.

After founding and publicly closing his first startup in 2025, Andrea co-founded Cato with Matteo Bossolini, raising a EUR 1.6M pre-seed within weeks of incorporation and a EUR 6M Seed round led by Keen Venture Partners shortly after.

Cato has processed thousands of public tenders for clients across Italy, growing faster than 95% of B2B SaaS companies worldwide, with total funding reaching EUR 7.6M less than a year after founding.
