Beau completed his PhD at UCSF under renowned physician-scientist Atul Butte, focusing on AI in personalized medicine, and went on to hold senior AI leadership roles at Elevance Health and Lucid Lane.

With a career defined by responsible AI design and measurable clinical outcomes, Beau brings rare expertise in governing complex AI systems at enterprise scale while navigating the legal and practical realities of working with protected health information.

Prior to co-founding Qualified Health, Beau served as Staff VP of AI at Elevance Health, scaling AI application deployment from zero users to nationwide adoption, and as Chief Data Officer at Lucid Lane, where he pioneered generative AI applications in behavioral health-tech across hundreds of clinics.
