Bercan Kılıç is Co-Founder and CEO of MicroAGI, a Munich-based robotics deployment company building AI-powered data infrastructure to accelerate autonomous robot adoption in industrial manufacturing.
Bercan studied Engineering at RWTH Aachen University, served as an aerodynamics engineer at Red Bull Racing in Formula 1, and was also a former professional esports player.
Drawing on his F1 background, Bercan applies precision engineering principles to solve robotics' toughest challenge: bridging the gap between controlled demos and reliable factory-floor deployment at scale.
Bercan co-founded MicroAGI in September 2025 alongside four co-founders with backgrounds spanning Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1, the Alan Turing Institute, RWTH Aachen, and WhatsApp commerce; the company raised $55M in seed funding, the largest seed round in German history, just 10 months after founding.
MicroAGI's Atlas platform is live with major industrial customers globally, and its Shift data-collection app has engaged over 10,000 operators across 15 countries, paying out over $5M in Q1 2026 alone.
