
Brandon Cohen is Co-Founder and Head of Data at CivilGrid, a civil design platform often described as 'Google Maps for the Underground,' helping engineering and construction teams plan safer and smarter infrastructure projects.
Brandon holds a BA in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and an MBA from The Wharton School, and previously managed data and operations projects for major sewer agencies on the East Coast.
A self-professed map nerd with over 13 years of experience in utilities, mapping, and data science, Brandon has also built open-source GIS applications including Clean and Green Philadelphia, a vacant property mapping tool to help prevent gun violence.
Prior to CivilGrid, Brandon served as a Senior Consultant at OrgVue, a Project Manager at CSL Services managing $15M in consulting projects, and Product Manager at CapLinked, building deep expertise across data engineering, geospatial tools, and product strategy.
CivilGrid has raised a $26M Series A led by Spark Capital and serves major clients such as PG&E and Atmos Energy, helping de-risk billions in annual infrastructure project spend across a $2.2 trillion industry.
