Brian graduated summa cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, where he and co-founder Dr. Neil Jairath first conceived the Bedside Bike concept, before gaining engineering experience at DMC Engineering and L'Oreal.
Brian brings over 6 years of robotics and engineering expertise, having served as lead systems engineer at DMC Automation and Integration, giving him a unique blend of hardware and software skills critical to medical device innovation.
KinetiTec secured a pre-seed investment from Boomerang Ventures as part of a $1 million round, with $475K committed to date, and is currently running clinical pilots across four Indiana hospital systems including IU Health and Deaconess.
KinetiTec targets a $4.4 billion total addressable market across hospital, rehabilitation and post-acute care settings, with SPARK™ enabling patients to safely exercise in-bed while AI analytics predict recovery timelines and support clinical decision-making.
