Bui Hai Nam is the Co-Founder and CEO of SoBanHang (Finan Pte Ltd), a leading B2B SaaS platform empowering nano and micro businesses across Vietnam and Southeast Asia through digital commerce and embedded financial services.

Nam earned a Bachelor's in Management of Information Systems from National Economics University in Vietnam and a Master's in Financial Services from Singapore Management University, before building a career at DBS Bank, Credit Suisse, Techcombank, and HSBC.

His founding insight came from a chance encounter at a grocery store while wearing a Lazada T-shirt, where he realized nearly 90% of Vietnamese retailers were untouched by e-commerce platforms, sparking the vision for SoBanHang.

Prior to SoBanHang, Nam co-founded OnPoint E-commerce in 2016, co-founded Datamart Solutions in 2017 delivering AI-driven SaaS for 25,000 sellers, and served as Co-Founder and Board Member at Swift247 in 2019, demonstrating a track record of building scalable digital ventures.

SoBanHang now serves over 800,000 active business users, has processed over $5 billion in total transaction volume, and has raised a total of $7.8M across seed and pre-Series A rounds, backed by investors including Hong Leong Bank, FEBE Ventures, OSK-SBI Venture Partners, and AlleyCorp.
