
Caitlin Leksana is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fazeshift, an AI-native platform deploying autonomous agents to execute end-to-end accounts receivable workflows for enterprise finance teams.
Caitlin earned dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Harvard Business School, before working as a consultant at BCG and co-founding Carma Community, a Web3 marketing automation startup.
Caitlin brings a rare blend of engineering precision and strategic business acumen, with a vision to transform the finance back office from a bottleneck into a growth driver powered by AI.
Prior to Fazeshift, she gained experience across management consulting at BCG, software engineering roles at BrainScope and Curb, and an investment internship at DCVC, before launching Fazeshift through Y Combinator's Summer 2024 cohort.
Fazeshift has grown revenue 12X in a single year, serves dozens of enterprise customers including eight unicorn companies, and has automated over 9,000 customer communications in a single day while helping collect $7.4 million in cash within weeks of deployment.
