Caitlin Swift is Co-Founder of Clara, an AI primary care and longevity practice built on the mission to add one billion years of healthspan to humanity.

A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Caitlin previously served as GM and VP of Clinical Operations at Circle Medical (YC S15), where she scaled operations to support nearly one million telehealth encounters annually with a network of 425 medical providers.

Caitlin brings rare dual expertise in frontline clinical care and large-scale operational leadership, having also practiced as a primary care nurse practitioner at JumpstartMD prior to Circle Medical.

At Clara, Caitlin leads clinical strategy and operations, co-founding the company alongside George Favvas (former Circle Medical CEO) and Zeeshan Ahmed to build an AI doctor that can read medical data and act on it in real time.

Clara, backed by Y Combinator (Spring 2026 batch), is built by a team that previously scaled Circle Medical to over $100M in annualized revenue, bringing proven health tech execution to the AI primary care space.
