Chris Szymansky is Co-Founder and CTO at Fieldguide, a leading agentic AI-native platform purpose-built for audit and advisory firms, transforming a $200 billion industry with end-to-end workflow automation.

Chris holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh and built deep expertise across engineering, product, and design, previously serving as CTO at JazzHR for six years and as VP of Engineering, Product, and Design at Atrium, a legal AI startup where he met Fieldguide co-founder Jin Chang.

Chris has long been drawn to modernizing complex, legacy industries, having worked across legal tech and HR tech before turning his focus to the audit and advisory space with Fieldguide.

At Fieldguide, Chris leads the EPD organization with a continuous delivery mindset, driving architectural decisions, product vision, and go-to-market strategy alongside CEO Jin Chang.

Fieldguide has raised $125 million in total funding including a $75 million Series C led by Goldman Sachs, is trusted by half of the Top 100 U.S. accounting firms including KPMG, and is valued at $700 million.
