A serial entrepreneur with 20 years in clean energy and fintech, Dan holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard and co-founded Mosaic in 2009, the leading residential solar fintech lender.

Twice named to Forbes 30 Under 30 for Energy and a Brower Youth Award winner, Dan has dedicated his career to accelerating capital flows into climate and real-world asset solutions.

Prior to Ezra, Dan served as CEO, President, and Chairman of Mosaic, which deployed over $17 billion in residential solar loans, and also co-founded Navajo Power and Solara to expand clean energy access.

Ezra raised an $8M seed round led by Congruent Ventures in March 2026, and investment firms managing over $6 billion in AUM have already used the platform, with deals spanning renewable energy, infrastructure, fintech, and real estate.
