Deniz Bayraktaroglu is Co-Founder and CEO of Bounti, a Berlin-based AI-native platform for operational execution in the physical economy, empowering frontline workers in hospitality, retail, and services.
Deniz grew up in Berlin as the first in his family to attend university, earned a B.A. in Sociology, Politics and Economics from Zeppelin University, and built cross-industry experience at HV Capital and PlusDental before launching Bounti in 2022.
Deniz drew direct inspiration from his early career in hotel service at Imperial London Hotels, where he experienced firsthand the frustrations of poor onboarding and training for frontline staff.
Prior to Bounti, Deniz worked in venture capital at HV Capital and in growth roles at PlusDental, developing a sharp understanding of both scaling technology products and go-to-market strategy.
Bounti has raised a total of EUR 4 million in seed funding led by Ventech, serves clients including L'Osteria, BackWerk, and Coffee Fellows, and supports thousands of frontline employees across multi-location businesses in the DACH region and wider Europe.
