Dennis Dinkelmeyer is Co-Founder and CEO of Midas, a Berlin-based platform for composable onchain investment products that enables strategy managers to turn institutional strategies into regulatory-compliant, DeFi-ready tokens.

Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science from University College London and built his finance career as an Equity Research Associate at Goldman Sachs International from 2015 to 2019, followed by an investment role at Capital Group, giving him deep expertise in international technology and growth companies.

Dennis co-founded Midas alongside Fabrice Grinda of FJ Labs and Romain Bourgois of Ondo Finance, with a conviction that institutional-grade investing and DeFi composability belong together and that investing should work like the internet: open, transparent, and accessible by default.

Under Dennis's leadership, Midas raised an $8.75M Seed round in 2024 and closed a $50M Series A in 2026 led by RRE Ventures and Creandum, with participation from Franklin Templeton, Coinbase Ventures, Framework Ventures, and Anchorage Digital, among others.

Midas has powered over $1.7 billion in asset issuance across more than 15 investment products, distributed $37 million in yield to investors, and grown to over 20,000 individual mToken holders, peaking at nearly $2 billion in total value locked.
