Dominic Toselli is the Founder and CEO of Aron, the first AI Chief of Staff purpose-built for procurement teams, autonomously handling everything from spend data enrichment to source-to-contract execution.

Dominic served as Apple's Head of Worldwide Logistics Procurement, where he negotiated with suppliers on Apple's most demanding programs and built the cost models, supplier programs, and data foundations that underpinned those strategies.

Having sat in the procurement manager's seat firsthand, Dominic saw how teams were buried in daily fires and disconnected data systems, unable to focus on the strategic work they were hired to do. He founded Aron to give procurement teams their time back and deliver CFOs a number they can trust.

Prior to Aron, Dominic also founded NegotiateAI Inc., the company that later rebranded to Aron, and was selected as part of the C100 Fellows Cohort, a community supporting Canadian founders in Silicon Valley. He studied at the University of California, Berkeley.

Aron emerged from stealth in September 2026 with $8M in funding from Menlo Ventures and Storm Ventures, serving customers from the mid-market to the Fortune 10, and promises ROI within three weeks of deployment while shortening RFQ workflows by an average of 21%.
