
Dom is Co-Founder and CEO at Runna, an AI-powered running coaching app that has become one of the fastest-growing fitness platforms globally, now acquired by Strava. The app serves hundreds of thousands of runners across 180+ countries and was named a finalist for Apple's App of the Year in 2024.
Dom studied Electronic Engineering at University of Southampton, graduating top of his class with a Masters degree, then worked as an Associate Consultant and Product Manager at McKinsey & Company, leading product teams with multi-million dollar budgets.
Dom and co-founder Ben Parker were both named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe in 2024, and Runna ranked #6 on The Startups 100 Index 2025. Dom met Ben as university lacrosse teammates at Southampton, where Ben later became his personal running coach.
Runna raised over 8 million pounds in total funding since launching in 2021, with the latest 5 million pound round in 2023 from investors including Eka Ventures. The company officially launched its subscription service in March 2022 and grew approximately 30% month-over-month.
Runna evolved from a simple PDF training plan service to a comprehensive AI-enabled coaching platform with subscribers in over 180 countries. In April 2025, Strava acquired Runna to accelerate innovation in personalized running training, marking a major milestone in the fitness tech industry.
